Shipping Policy

Due to the high volume of orders and our Covid safety practices here in the shop, orders are currently being shipped 12 weeks after placement and on a first come, first served basis.

Payment and backorders

All domestic orders are charged in full at the time of order, including shipping and applicable tax.  International orders are charged up front as well, but shipping is charged separately when the order ships (see ‘International Shipments’ below).  When your order comes up in the queue and is processed, you will receive an email notifying you that it has either shipped in full, or that there are backordered items.  In the case of backorders, you will be asked via email if you want to split the order, wait for all the parts to ship together, or cancel the backordered items.  Shipping will be charged on backorders. All shipments generate a notification email which includes a tracking number.


Expedited shipping

Keep in mind that “expedited shipping” does not mean “expedited order filling”.  As mentioned, we are filling orders in the order received and do not push any order ahead in line, for any reason.  Adding 2 day shipping means it will get to you 2 days after it ships, which can be 10-14 days after the order is placed.


Order mistakes

In cases where you received the wrong part due to a mistake on our part, we will cover shipping back to us by issuing a return shipping label and get the replacement part shipped out as quickly as possible, assuming it’s in stock.  If you made a mistake on the order,  you are responsible for covering shipping costs of the part back to us and the new order (if there is one) will be placed in the queue based on the date it was received.

Order changes

We are happy to make changes to orders after they are placed but we can not add parts to orders that have already been processed, meaning parts have been packed for shipment.  A new, separate order must be placed for those parts.

International shipments

International orders are shipped via UPS Worldwide Expedited.  We do not use FedEx, U.S. Postal, or DHL to ship overseas.  International shipping will show up on your credit card as a separate charge from the initial order because we process and charge shipping at the same time to achieve the best rates.  White Industries is not responsible for any customs or duty fees, nor can we estimate those fees.



White Industries is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
